Talking to Other Kids Who Stutter Can Help!
Sometimes, kids who stutter feel that there is nobody else who understands and that there is nobody who has been where they are. That's where the NSA comes in.
By participating in NSA events, like the Annual Conference and Youth Days, you can meet other kids who have been where you are. They understand what you're going through and sometimes just knowing that somebody else understands can make it a little easier.
You can also read stories written by other kids who stutter. By hearing about their experiences, you can get ideas about things that may help you. This section of the website contains a sample of stories written by other kids who've been through it. Take a look and let us know what you think. Write to us at stories@StutteringKids.org. We'd like to hear from you!
